Victorian Refurbishment
This project comprises of a traditional Victorian terrace house which had been converted into 5 small bedsits in the early 1960s. The clients remit was to fully refurbish and convert the property back into a family home. Thus, creating a mix of preserved original features and contemporary kitchen and bathrooms.

A specific requirement was to bring the damp and underused half basement back into use.  The basement has been fully waterproofed and the half bay window converted into a separate front door, to provide flexible space with a number of options: Family rooms and storage, guest flat or homeworking space.
